I know first hand how difficult and painful it is for seniors to lose their ability to drive and with it, their independence. This is where the children of these parents become the lifeline and try to fill in and do these errands themselves. However, when working full time and attending to your own family needs, it proves to be very difficult. Almost impossible. Not to mention, seniors may fight depression and loneliness as they age.
This is where we come in. We help eliminate some of the stress they are experiencing by getting them involved with others similar to their age. We believe that the quality of fellowship can ease the burdens associated with loneliness. No one enjoys being alone, and that is where our service can help. Our bus tour services may be for you, your parent(s), or that special loved one. Regardless, we will always do our best to bring smiles to the faces of our friends. We help create memories, help seniors make new friends, and help get them out of the house and involved into lite to moderate activities, such as walking. Activities are never mandatory and are on a choice by choice decision of the client. We believe by getting seniors involved, they will feel better and live longer, healthier lives.
We understand people live busy lives and it is hard to meet all the demands that life throws at us. Sometimes as a child of a senior, we feel like we fall short of meeting the needs of a parent who has lost a spouse or isn’t capable of doing some activities by themselves. So if you believe you, or a loved one can benefit from our services, please have them to reach out directly by phone or via email. Whichever is easiest or convenient. It will make a difference in the lives of the people you care most about. Remember, space is limited as we can only offer 13 seats per session. Itineraries will vary, week by week. Please email us for the most current itinerary. Our services will begin March 2019.
